The whole service team was great. The young lady that did our paperwork made us feel very comfortable and welcomed, she has outstanding customer service!!! There need to be more people like her at these businesses, she was absolutely amazing!
They guy who met with me first was very good. He kept me informed as to what recommendations were. Since dealership has changed, the waiting area doesn’t offer as many perks and I noticed they don’t vacuum floor boards in the front seat. It’s the little things!

For me to walk into a dealership with such heaviness on my heart from other things and to greeted at the door by Travis, who then walked me to Cheyenne (Sales person). My experience was ALREADY A-1. These people are very honest, accommodating, Respectful, knowledgeable and wanting to help anyone , no matter the Situation. Mr Chin, hit home with every detail/explanation and all sorts of questions answered. He was very direct and took the time to explain in detail, all that I wanted to know. Cheyenne is very pleasant. He explained the process of how things would go and helped to ease my nerves some. Once I picked up my car I met him in person. He was just as nice as he was over the phone.
